As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and the skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence in every phase of the project.

Candidates must be male, hold a Bachelor's Degree, and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field. Proficiency in teamwork, Microsoft Excel, Civil 3D, Construction Management, AutoCAD, Project Management and SketchUp is required. We welcome individuals who are passionate about construction, driven by results, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and collaborative environment. Actively participate in end-to-end design and development, conduct detailed reviews of shop drawings, verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and lead vendor negotiations. Strong professional working proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
