Construction Manager (Infrastructure)
Job Description
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise infrastructure construction projects within industrial estate development from initiation through completion.
• Oversee the construction of roads, drainage systems, bridges, earthworks, retaining structures, and other civil infrastructure.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with civil/structural engineers, consultants, QA/QC, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, construction quality, work methods, and resource utilization.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues, including potential delays, constructability concerns, and project risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
• Implement quality control and risk management procedures and prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure/civil construction, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in industrial estate, infrastructure, road, drainage, earthwork, or other large-scale (min 500 Ha) civil projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, infrastructure engineering, project scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. • Proficient in construction management administration and project documentation. • High integrity and strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• Willing to be based in Subang, West Java.
