Deskripsi pekerjaan Construction Execution Manager PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
Responsibilities :
- Review & Ensure all prerequisite of Construction Execution prepared (Permit, Fit Out Requirement, Material, Design)
- Monitor and maintain budget & progress of Project Construction (Civil, MEP AC, Assembly, Electronic Pods)
- Create / Approve Material Request / Purchase Request from Construction Execution Sub-Department
- Liaise with General Contractor (Civil & MEP AC Vendor) to ensure project timeline executed as planned
- Liaise with Assembly Vendor to ensure project timeline executed as planned
- Monitor and review Project Report (S Curve and Issue List) for each project
- Liaise with Construction Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management Sub Department to ensure the process of project execution is seamless
Requirements :

- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Civil / Architecture
- Minimum experience 8 years in Construction
- Handle multiple projects in parallel
