We seek a hands-on and experienced Construction Engineer to join our team at China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation. As a Construction Engineer on our toll road projects, you will be on the front lines, ensuring the quality, safety, and timely completion of these complex infrastructure developments.
Oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and troubleshoot any technical challenges that arise. Your expertise in construction methods and materials will be crucial for guaranteeing the project adheres to specifications and standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably with some exposure to road/highway or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of surveying and site layout techniques.
- Experience with specialized software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, or cost estimation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize construction tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interaction with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Willing to work in Purwakarta.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review project specifications and blueprints to understand requirements and scope.
- Supervise on-site construction activities for adherence to specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
- Provide technical guidance to construction teams on engineering design, materials, and methods.
- Interpret engineering drawings and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in resolving technical challenges during construction.
- Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, and drawings.
- Submit status reports to stakeholders and track deviations from the plan.
- Record material usage, equipment, and labor hours.
- Act as a liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure on-site compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
