Job Description:
- Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering and exiting the mall with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Opening Doors: Open and close doors for customers, especially for those with children and elderly.
- Assist with Special Requests: Help guests with any special requests such as calling taxis or providing umbrellas during rainy weather.
- Maintain Entrance Area: Ensure the main entrance is clean, orderly, and free from obstacles. Work closely with the mall's security team to ensure the safety of guests and report any unusual activities.
- Work in a team and coordinate with other mall staff.
