We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging Computing Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dynamic and inquiry-based Computing lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills among students
Job Desc
- Lesson Planning and Implementation: Designing and delivering structured, engaging, and practical Computing lessons in accordance with the curriculum and students’ developmental levels.
- Practical and Project-Based Activities: Planning and supervising meaningful hands-on activities such as coding, programming, digital projects, and technology-based tasks to enhance students’ understanding of computing concepts.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conducting formative and summative assessments to ensure students’ learning outcomes meet the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) and providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Classroom and Laboratory Management: Maintaining a safe, organised, and inclusive learning environment, including proper management of computer laboratory equipment, software, and digital resources.
- Student Guidance and Support: Supporting students’ academic growth while fostering responsibility, creativity, digital citizenship, and ethical use of technology.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computing Education, or a related field
- Teaching experience at Primary and/or Secondary level is preferred
- Strong understanding of Computing, coding/programming fundamentals, and digital literacy
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver practical and project-based learning
- Active proficiency in English is an advantage
