Deskripsi pekerjaan Compliance Staff PT. Pinduit Teknologi Indonesia
- To prepare and draft internal policy and/or SOPs creation and maintain updated internal policy and/or SOPs.
- To organize the latest development of relevant regulations issued by the authorities and further ensure the management and/or business operation team stay up-to-date.
- To perform compliance inspection of any kind of Company activities.
- To be responsible for the implementation of AML-CTF including but not limited to creating SOP, monitoring suspicious case reporting, investigation, and communication with the authority.
- To be responsible for the implementation of any program which may be required from time to time by the authorities by liaising with the relevant department.
- Have a strong interest in financial technology industry, particularly on Peer to Peer industry;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skill formally and informally basis, speak fluent in Indonesia and English professionally;
- Comfortable with new technologies and computer literate (such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
- Have honest attitude, conscientious and responsible;
- Male/Female
- Min. Bachelor of Law degree from reputable universities with GPA >3.00
- Has 1-2 (one to years) years working experience as a compliance admin, compliance officer, AML/CFT officer, or equivalent. Preferably, experienced in financial services industry.
- High ethical standards, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage large amounts of paperwork, administrative matters, and attention to details.
- Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Can perform team player or individual player.
