Job Description
- Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, CTPAT, GRS, and buyer-specific compliance requirements.
- Conduct compliance inspections, workplace assessments, and monitoring activities to verify adherence to operational procedures, with a strong emphasis on Occupational Health and Safety.
- Identify compliance gaps and non-conformities, prepare comprehensive reports, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effective resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and control compliance-related documentation, including policies, SOPs, records, and audit evidence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a safe working environment.
- Foster a culture of compliance, quality, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) through continuous awareness and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Compliance/HSE, or a related role.
- Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety, with the ability to promote and support a safe workplace culture.
- Knowledge of management systems and compliance standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, CTPAT, GRS, and customer audit requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance documentation accurately.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to be based in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia.
