Deskripsi pekerjaan Compliance Quality & Awareness Section Head WOM Finance Head Office
Job Descriptions:
- Design, execute, and monitor compliance awareness programs to foster a strong compliance culture across all organizational levels.
- Review and verify the quality of draft SOPs and internal policies to ensure alignment with OJK regulations and company standards.
- Oversee the implementation of Branch Self-Assessment and lead compliance project improvements.
- Develop training materials, business process flowcharts, and official compliance correspondence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Management, or related fields (Law is preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or policy/SOP management, preferably in the Multifinance / Financial Services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of OJK regulations, multifinance business processes, and SOP drafting.
- Proficient in MS Office, presentation tools, and flowchart software (MS Visio / Draw.io).
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, planning & organizing, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office (Sunter, North Jakarta).
