Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance and Legal Intern with work from anywhere set-up. The intern will assist in :

• Drafting contracts/agreement
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Performing legal research
• Analyzing compliance risks
• Facilitating communication with various stakeholders
• Assist business permit application
• Assist report to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Law school fresh graduate (law school student on 4th year is welcome)
• Good legal drafting skill
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing compliance risks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with environmental laws and agriculture-related regulations is a plus
