Compliance and Audit Manager

As part of this growth, the company is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join its team and support the ongoing efforts to maintain regulatory standards and internal controls.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations adhere to local and international regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. This role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance with legal requirements, and identifying potential risks that could impact the company's operations. The officer will also collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance matters, prepare reports for management, and contribute to the development of compliance programs and training initiatives. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as the officer will serve as a key liaison between different teams and external regulatory bodies.

Candidates for this position should hold an Associate Degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business Administration, or Accounting. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related area is required, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles. Proficiency in teamwork, regulatory compliance, and compliance management is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Job Responsibility :

* Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across all manufacturing departments
* Supervise and mentor a team of compliance officers and auditors, providing guidance and performance feedback
* Conduct regular internal audits to monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
* Identify compliance risks and develop corrective action plans to address non-conformances
* Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external audit bodies to ensure facility compliance
* Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, records, and reporting systems
* Provide training to staff on compliance procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
* Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the manufacturing facility
* Investigate compliance incidents and non-conformances, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures
* Report compliance status and metrics to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements :
* Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, environmental regulations, and manufacturing compliance standards
* Experience working in a manufacturing or textile production environment
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
* Experience with compliance management systems and audit procedures
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the facility and to external sites as required
