Kualifikasi:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and compensation calculations.
• Good understanding of sales compensation structures and payment processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in financial operations, compensation, payroll, or related functions is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation and processing of sales compensation and incentive payments for
assigned sales channels (e.g. agency, partnership, bancassurance, PB, or other distribution
channels).
• Ensure accurate calculation, validation, and timely disbursement of compensation based on
approved compensation schemes and policies.
• Review compensation data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to payment
processing.
• Coordinate closely with Payroll / Finance / Accounting teams to ensure smooth payment
execution.
• Perform data reconciliation between sales production data, compensation calculation results,
and payment outputs.
• Identify and monitor discrepancies related to compensation payments, including underpayment
or overpayment cases.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all compensation payment
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, MIS, and HR teams to ensure alignment of
compensation data and payment timelines.
• Support handling of sales inquiries and escalation related to compensation payments.
• Support management in addressing compensation-related issues raised by sales channels.
• Ensure all compensation payments comply with approved compensation schemes, internal
policies, and control requirements.
