Actuary calculation
Analyse company compensation and benefit condition.
Reporting Tax PPH 21.
REQUIREMENTS :
Max 30 Years Old
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Has experience in payroll, remuneration management, HR Operation for minimum 2 Years.
Has good skill in excel function
Has good knowledge and implementation in remuneration management (salary structure and scale, total compensation knowledge, Taxation, BPJSK - BPJS TK)
Good analytical thinking
Has good English communication
Will to be placed in Cikampek Factory, Karawang.
