Job Description
• Build and manage relationships with customers, parenting communities, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
• Plan and execute online and offline events, including parenting workshops, product launches, community gatherings, and brand activations.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with hospitals, clinics, parenting communities, family-oriented businesses, and other relevant organizations.
• Coordinate partnership campaigns and collaborative marketing activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Engage with the community, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Monitor and report the performance of community initiatives, events, and partnerships, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Management, Event Management, Partnerships, Marketing, or Brand Activation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience organizing online and offline events.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building communities and creating meaningful customer experiences.
• Experience in the baby, parenting, FMCG, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
