Job Details
We are looking for a passionate and organized Community Specialist to support and grow our online and regional communities. This role focuses on engaging members across platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, website, and social media), managing community rewards and contributions, and executing engagement strategies to drive member retention and participation.
Skill Requirement
- Strong understanding of community engagement & retention strategy 1 University(S1) any major.
- Experience managing digital communities (WhatsApp Group, digital platforms, forums, etc.).
- Ability to create campaign activities that increase participation, survey response, and member loyalty.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and data analysis.
- Familiar with CRM, survey tools, and community performance tracking.
- Able to organize and execute offline community events.
- Creative in developing community activation ideas and engagement programs.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to identify community insights and growth opportunities.
Educational Level
Bachelor Degree of any major.
