- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an active and passionate community.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where members feel valued and connected.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and community members.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor community forums, social media, and other platforms for inappropriate content or behavior.
- Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and virtual or in-person events to enhance community engagement.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies consistently.
- Mediate conflicts and address issues within the community promptly and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and provide service recovery to restore customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on community activities, sentiment, and trends.
- Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with social media, marketing, customer support, and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
- Gather feedback from the community and share insights with relevant teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields is a plus point.
- 1-2 years of experience in community management or a related role, fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the brand, product, or service and a genuine interest in community dynamics.
