Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy: Develop, execute, and own the end-to-end affiliate marketing strategy.
- Grow the Network: Proactively identify and recruit high-impact affiliates and influencers to expand brand reach.
- Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Commercial Negotiation: Structure and negotiate competitive affiliate agreements and commission models.
- Brand Governance: Ensure 100% compliance with FTC guidelines, brand standards, and company policies.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest trends in performance marketing and social media.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing, specifically within the e-Commerce sector.
- Bonus Skills: Proven experience with influencer outreach and content partnerships is a strong plus.
