We are looking for a Project Operator who will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to hundreds of members and visitors. You’ll provide the overall operation of the community, including project construction, optimization, and supervision. We're looking for someone who is flexible and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
● Manage the daily operation of the user community, answer user questions in the community, and handle customer complaints;
● Responsible for the daily Q&A, engagement, feedback and other actions of the community to create high stickiness
● Provide community operation planning, aiming at user growth, conversion, retention, etc.
● Relevant Investment and trading industries experience is preferred
● Work close to analyst, design and customer service team
● Coordinate project schedule and activities, tracking progress and results
● Ad-hoc tasks as assigned supervisor
● Good command in both spoken and written English
● Solid PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoints, especially in Excel
