Deskripsi pekerjaan Community Program Manager JALA
Job Description:
1. Responsible to organize programs and activities in accordance with JALA vision and goals
2. Developing new programs to support strategic direction (if needed)
3. Analyzing the program risk.
4. Managing program budget
5. Developing a monitoring system and evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify area of improvement
6. Contribute in creating program proposal with Head
7. Managing team with diversity of capabilities and characters
8. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer experience and satisfaction, quality and team member performance.
9. Implementing and managing changes in order to achieve goals
10. Working on strategy with another business division
11. Attending meeting with stakeholders
Reporting the progress throughout the program life cycles regarding the process, issues and decisions on service delivery.
Qualification:
1. Having at least 2 years experience in a similar role (experienced in aquaculture industry will be a plus)
2. Excellent in teamwork and communication skill
3. Excellent in English, both oral and written
4. Good knowledge in shrimp cultivation
