What You'll Do
- Recruit and build relationships with affiliates, pet communities and content creators
- Manage and support the execution of affiliate partnerships, creator campaigns, and community activations
- Track affiliate and partnership performance, share insights, and recommend ideas to improve future campaigns
- Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing team to develop engaging promotional campaigns and assets for our community
- Stay updated on pet food/pet supply trends, and marketing best practices
- Explore collaboration opportunities with communities, clubs, events, and organizations

Experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience in creator, affiliate marketing & community partnership
- Track record managing partnerships end-to-end - identify, recruit, onboard new affiliates, including content creators and affiliate partners
- Coordinated influencer campaigns from outreach to follow-up.
- Worked closely with Instagram and TikTok creators.
