Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal in English and Bahasa communication skills.
• Having interest and knowledge in community development, partnership, digital marketing, social media or related role
• Possibility in hosting segments in YouTube, Instagram, or podcasts (either personal or corporate projects).
Responsibilities
• Provide strategies and execute the sales plan of CONNEXT’s products and services to potential client.
• Find and develop new communities & partnership for CONNEXT.
• Find, evaluate, and join both offline and online events by outside parties with the purpose of networking and expand the community database of CONNEXT.
• Strategizing and executing engagement activities with the community of CONNEXT to further develop the relationships within the communities and create additional revenues.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
• Providing sales and lead report using the CRM software.
• Plan and organizing event from start to finish according to requirements target audience and objectives. Understanding the objective target.
• Ensure the event run smoothly and problems rectified at the soonest.
• Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports.
• Engaging with Fans and Followers in the various social media platforms to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
• Host and lead offline events, online webinars, and social media contents.
