Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships within the Korean, Japanese, or Chinese community (parents, schools, businesses, churches, and community groups).
- Identify and generate new customers and partnership opportunities.
- Introduce and promote company programs: School Workshops, Team Building, Play Dates, and Birthday Parties.
- Generate referrals and arrange meetings with schools, organizations, and community groups.
- Handle customer communication from first inquiry to booking confirmation and closing.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate bookings with the Operations Team and Park Managers for smooth execution.
- Ensure all bookings follow company pricing, promotions, and discount rules.
- Keep accurate customer and sales records for commission tracking.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Work towards agreed sales and partnership targets.
- Track and update the status of leads and bookings when needed.
Qualifications
- Korean, Japanese, or Chinese community member, or someone with strong connections in these communities.
- Has an existing network of parents, schools, businesses, or community groups.
- Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, events, or customer relations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching people, presenting programs, and closing bookings.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple clients and opportunities at the same time.
- Professional and reliable in representing the company.
- Able to follow company pricing, discount, and booking policies.
- Fluency in Korean/Japanese/Chinese is highly preferred; English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-based role (no fixed salary).
- Experience in schools, children’s programs, events, or community activities is an advantage.
