Strategic Partnership & Business Growth
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance CONNEXT's brand visibility, expand its network, and generate business opportunities.
- Proactively identify market trends, industry developments, and emerging communities to uncover new collaboration opportunities.
- Develop initiatives that strengthen CONNEXT's position within the business, startup, professional, and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing CONNEXT at industry events, networking forums, and community gatherings.
Community Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, organizations, entrepreneurs, startups, and business leaders.
- Expand and manage CONNEXT's community ecosystem to increase engagement, collaboration, and long-term business opportunities.
- Develop programs that encourage community participation and foster meaningful connections among members and partners.
Brand Awareness & Engagement
- Create and execute initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen CONNEXT's market presence.
- Organize and support community-driven events, networking sessions, workshops, and collaborative activities that align with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to recommend new engagement strategies, programs, and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Community Development, Partnership, Marketing, Business Development, or related roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, partnership, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and generating business opportunities through community engagement and networking activities
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and develop strategic partnership opportunities.
- Strong understanding of community engagement and brand-building initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in coworking spaces, startups, hospitality, events, or community-based businesses is an advantage.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
