Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Outreach Specialist, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Community Outreach Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with community partners and stakeholders, organizing outreach and engagement initiatives, managing projects tied to community programs, and effectively communicating program goals. This role also includes crafting written content and presentations to promote services and events, as well as gathering feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Community Engagement, Community Outreach, and building partnerships
- Exceptional Communication and Writing skills for effective messaging and presentations
- Proficiency in Project Management for planning, organizing, and executing outreach initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and create meaningful connections
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, psychology, or related field is preferred
- Experience in mental health or nonprofit sectors is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an added advantage
