About the Role:
Giorr is looking for a proactive and creative Community Specialist Intern to help grow and manage our beauty community. You will play an important role in building meaningful relationships with community members, creating engaging activities, and fostering a fun, inclusive, and active community for beauty enthusiasts.If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping up with beauty trends, and creating engaging community experiences, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Support the day-to-day management of the beauty community, maintain active engagement, and ensure a positive experience for community members.
- Community Engagement: Initiate conversations, respond to community members, encourage participation, and develop ideas to keep the community active and connected.
- Content & Activation: Assist in developing engaging content, discussion topics, campaigns, and interactive activities relevant to beauty enthusiasts.
- Event & Activity Coordination: Help plan and execute community activities, online sessions, offline gatherings, and other community engagement initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with community members, beauty enthusiasts, KOLs, and relevant industry partners.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on beauty trends, consumer interests, social media conversations, and emerging opportunities to grow the community.
- Reporting & Evaluation: Track community engagement, participation, and activity performance, then provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major; students with relevant organizational or community experience are welcome to apply.
- Have a genuine interest in the beauty industry, skincare, makeup, and beauty-related trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with different people.
- Active on social media and familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant community channels.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Enjoy interacting with people, facilitating discussions, and creating engaging community experiences.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing communities, organizing events, or participating in beauty-related communities is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time from our office in Bandung (WFO).
