- Manage daily communication with creators through WhatsApp groups and personal chats.
- Conduct creator recruitment and onboarding for ongoing campaigns.
- Ensure creators understand campaign briefs and product deliverables.
- Monitor creator progress actively and maintain creator responsiveness.
- Manage the creator database and update data regularly.
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare simple recaps and reports.
- Act as the first PIC (Person in Charge) for creators’ questions and issues.
- Support the implementation of community programs such as workshops, gatherings, challenges, and bootcamps.
