Community Manager (Kuta Selatan)
Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and nurture an active and engaged community across online channels.
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, networking sessions, and member activities.
- Develop strong relationships with members, guests, partners, and local businesses.
- Respond to community inquiries through social media, messaging platforms, email, and in-person interactions.
- Gather feedback from members and provide insights to improve community experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote events.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community growth.
Profile Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Experience, Hospitality, Events, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and community management tools.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or during special events when required.
Salary:
4,500,000 - 5,000,000 (full time)
2,000,000 - 2,500,000 (part time)
