Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Person In Charge (PIC) for managing and coordinating the company's social media accounts.
- Build and maintain a database/listing of media partners, KOLs, and similar partners for campaigns and collaborations.
- Communicate and coordinate with media partners, KOLs, etc regarding partnerships and publication schedules.
- Provide operational support for the needs of the social media team and content creators
- Monitor posting schedules and ensure content is published according to plan.
- Performance monitoring (engagement, reach, follower growth) and preparing regular reports.
- Community management — responding to direct messages, comments, and mentions, as well as handling audience interactions.
- Assisting with data entry for monthly client reporting.
- Clipper management — creating accounts and publishing clipper content.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or partnerships (fresh graduates with a relevant portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) and current trends.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking).
- Familiar with supporting tools such as schedulers (Hootsuite, Later, etc.), spreadsheets, and team collaboration tools.
- An existing network of KOLs, buzzers, or media partners is a plus.
