Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee community administration tasks, including KOL payment coordination and documentation management.
- Foster active communication and engagement with community members across various channels.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, campaigns, and activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential community members.
- Gather community feedback, analyze key insights, and prepare regular reports to support continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in KOL management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship or experience in marketing, communications, or healthcare is a plus
