Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Rose All Day community and increase member engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, creators, and external partners.
- Plan and execute engaging community activities, events, and initiatives both online and offline.
- Identify and onboard potential community partners aligned with the Rose All Day brand.
- Develop programs to grow the number of active.
- Organize community training and educational programs to strengthen member.
- Monitor community including member growth, engagement, and conversion.
- Gather community insights and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Commercial, and other internal teams to execute community and partnership programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Community Management, Partnership, Influencer Marketing, Brand Activation, or a similar role.
- Experience managing communities,creators, or external partners is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, social media, and community building.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to evaluate initiatives and identify opportunities.
- Proactive, creative, and highly hands-on with strong execution skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
