We’re currently looking for someone who can bring our story to life — online and offline — by leading our community engagement, improving customer experience, and driving our marketing efforts.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead the Community Experience
- Ensure every guest and member feels welcomed and engaged.
- Manage and motivate the front-of-house team
- Collect and respond to Google Reviews & customer feedback.
- Oversee membership performance, from sign-ups to retention.
2. Drive Café & Brand Marketing
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and in-store promos.
- Manage JURA’s social media (Instagram, TikTok) — from concept to posting.
- Collaborate with local creators, communities, and partners for events.
- Track simple metrics: engagement, member growth, and café sales impact.
3. Events & Activations
- Ideate and host small events that fit JURA’s culture (coffee talks, wellness mornings, or creative nights).
- Create visual assets or coordinate with designers for posters and content.

- You’ve worked in hospitality, coworking, or F&B marketing.
- You love connecting with people, storytelling, and social media.
- You’re proactive, creative, and can lead a small team with energy.
- You understand basic marketing tools (Canva, Instagram, Google Forms).
