Deskripsi pekerjaan Community & Creator Operations Specialist LimeStash
We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Community & Creator Operations Specialist to build and grow our creator ecosystem from the ground up. In this role, you will own end-to-end creator operations — from identifying and recruiting top collectible creators and streamers, to managing content operations, community moderation, and creator relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, content quality, and ultimately sales from our creator.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Acquisition & Talent Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard top creators, streamers, and KOLs in the Indonesian collectibles and hobby space
- Build a multi-tier creator ecosystem
- Develop creator recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent across collectible categories
- Create and manage creator onboarding programs, training, and best practice guidelines for live streaming and content creation
2. Content Operations & Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategy to drive user engagement, discovery, and conversion
- Manage content calendar and programming schedule for live streams, ensuring consistent high-quality content
- Work with creators to optimize content formats (live auctions, box breaks, unboxing, reviews, Q&A sessions)
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data insights
- Curate and promote top content to maximize discoverability and virality
3. Community Moderation & Trust & Safety
- Build and manage community moderation operations to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Develop and enforce community guidelines, content policies, and live stream rules
- Manage moderation team/tools and handle escalated issues (toxic behavior, policy violations, disputes)
- Balance community freedom with platform safety — protect users while maintaining the authentic collector community vibe
- Implement proactive measures to prevent counterfeit listings, fraud, and scams in live streams
4. Creator Relationship Management & Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key creators and streamers
- Monitor creator performance metrics (GMV contribution, audience growth, engagement) and provide data-driven feedback and coaching
- Develop creator incentive programs, commission structures, and rewards to drive motivation and retention
- Organize creator events, meetups, and collaborative activities to strengthen the creator community
- Collect creator feedback to inform product improvements and platform features
5. UGC & Community Engagement
- Drive user-generated content (UGC) strategy to increase community participation and content volume
- Design and execute community engagement initiatives (challenges, contests, themed events, collection showcases)
- Foster a strong sense of community and belonging among collectors on the platform
- Identify and nurture power users and community leaders to become brand advocates
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in creator operations, content operations, community management, or KOL management in social media, live streaming, or social commerce
- Proven track record of building and scaling creator ecosystems or communities from scratch
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian creator economy, live streaming landscape, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and KOLs
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content and community metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ambiguity
- Passion for collectibles, hobby culture, or the ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) space is a huge plus
Nice to Have:
- Existing network of creators, KOLs, and streamers in the Indonesian collectibles/hobby community
- Experience with live commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) and understanding of live commerce conversion mechanics
- Experience in community moderation and trust & safety operations
- Background in content creation or streaming yourself
- Experience in early-stage startups or marketplace cold-start phases
