Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships through professional communication
- Enhance brand presence and customer experience
- Develop innovative ideas to increase customer satisfaction
- Guide clients through the proposal planning process and help convert inquiries into bookings
- Write blog articles for our website
- Build backlinks and improve our SEO
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english language
- Experience in sales and customer acquisition
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and creative mindset
- Knowledge of Bali and its locations
- Experience in SEO, blog articles and PR is an advantage
