🎯 POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Commodity Sales & Fast Cash Flow Specialist to generate immediate, steady revenue through smaller, fast‑turnaround transactions. This role keeps our cash flow consistent while we build larger export contracts.
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and connect with local, regional, and domestic buyers for fast‑moving commodities
- Promote our products across free platforms: Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, Indonetwork, and B2B marketplaces
- Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms
- Assist in arranging spot/OTC transactions, delivery, and payment confirmation
- Verify buyer credibility and help avoid fraud or bad deals
- Support the team with lead collection and market price updates
- Attend weekly progress meetings via Google Meet / Zoom
💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
✅ NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY – 100% Commission‑Only
✅ Commission Rate: 1.5% – 4% per completed transaction
- Gold / Precious Metals: 1% – 2% (fast settlement, quick cash)
- Sugar, Cement, CPO, Fertilizer: 2% – 4%
✅ Example Earnings:
- Rp 200 million Gold Deal → Rp 2 – 4 million commission
- Rp 500 million Bulk Goods Deal → Rp 10 – 20 million commission
✅ Payment: Released within 48 hours after funds are confirmed in the company’s official bank account

✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in sales, B2B trading, commodity sales, or retail
- Active user of social media, WhatsApp Business, and B2B platforms
- Basic knowledge of commodity pricing and market trends
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English
- Honest, reliable, fast responder, and result‑oriented
- Understands and agrees to work under halal and transparent business rules
