Deskripsi pekerjaan Commissioning Engineer – Control System / Control Panel Enercon Power Indonesia
PT Enercon Power Indonesia is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support our ongoing and upcoming projects, particularly in generator control systems, electrical control panels, automation, and power system applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation checking, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical control panels and control systems.
- Perform functional testing and system verification based on approved drawings, control philosophy, and project requirements.
- Conduct PLC checking, I/O testing, communication testing, logic verification, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Perform point-to-point and loop checking between control panels, field devices, and related systems.
- Review and understand electrical and control engineering documents including:
- Single Line Diagram (SLD)
- Electrical Schematic / Wiring Diagram
- Control Diagram
- P&ID
- I/O List
- Cause & Effect / Control Philosophy
- Prepare or modify SLD, schematic diagrams, and other engineering drawings when required.
- Troubleshoot electrical, control, communication, and instrumentation-related issues during commissioning.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, customers, vendors, and other contractors during FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
- Prepare commissioning reports, test records, punch lists, and technical documentation.
- Support project handover and closing of outstanding technical issues.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Control Engineering, Automation, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commissioning, electrical control systems, automation, or industrial control panels.
- Good understanding of PLC-based control systems.
- Able to read, understand, and develop Single Line Diagrams, Electrical Schematics, and P&ID.
- Familiar with electrical control components such as PLC, HMI, protection relay, control relay, circuit breaker, power supply, communication devices, and related equipment.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, Ethernet, or similar protocols is an advantage.
- Experience with generator control, synchronizing systems, power management systems, LV/MV systems, or data center projects will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as within a project team.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate technical issues clearly.
- Willing to travel frequently for commissioning and project assignments.
- Base : Jakarta
Experience in Siemens / Schneider PLC, DEIF, ComAp, generator control systems, or similar industrial automation systems will be considered an advantage.
