Overview:
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the Retail industry (Minimarket, Supermarket, or General Merchandise stores).
• Proven track record in handling direct importations, specifically from the United States (U.S.), with a solid understanding of international shipping and Indonesian customs regulations.
• Strong knowledge of daily retail/minimarket operations and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a strong commercial mindset.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory to maintain intensive communication with U.S. suppliers across different time zones.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible communication hours due to U.S. time zone differences.
• Computer literate, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge and experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), including product management, pricing, stock movement, and product availability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise, motivate, and evaluate employee performance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description:
• End-to-End Procurement & U.S. Importation: Identify, source, and manage the complete importation process of various products directly from U.S. suppliers (handling international logistics, freight forwarders, customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian import regulations).
• Multi-Category Product Selection: Curate, analyze, and manage a diverse range of products (alcoholic beverages, grocery, household goods, snacks, lifestyle products, etc.) tailored for the minimarket market.
• Minimarket Operations Oversight: Monitor daily store operations, ensuring optimum stock availability on shelves, managing inventory turnover, and minimizing shrinkage.
• Dual-Site Store Operations: Oversee daily retail operations for both locations: the main Warehouse-Store Hub and the branch retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and standardized store displays.
• Inventory & Distribution Management: Manage the central warehouse stock efficiently. Plan and execute the distribution of goods from the Warehouse Hub to the branch store to ensure optimal stock availability on shelves while minimizing shrinkage.
• Team Management: Manage, schedule, supervise, and evaluate retail staff to ensure effective staffing and daily operational performance.
• Customer Service: Provide product information and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders professionally.
• Procurement & Management Coordination: Coordinate merchandise purchasing plans with the General Manager and manage supplier/vendor relationships, including price comparison and product sourcing.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, inventory discrepancies, stock counts, and monthly Exception Reports to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize shrinkage.
• Sales & Marketing: Maximize store sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities and coordinate with the Marketing Department for events and sales initiatives.
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate receiving/unloading, Embassy Transportation, shipment delivery, and distribution between the warehouse hub and branch store.
