Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of ingredients according to OMNI’s wellness-focused recipes and standards.
- Perform basic culinary tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring all tools and surfaces meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow instructions carefully to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control across all menu items.
- Support the kitchen team during service by replenishing ingredients, plating dishes, and assisting in food assembly.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items, adhering to FIFO (first in, first out) procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning routines, including equipment maintenance and deep cleaning schedules.
- Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking feedback and continuously improving culinary skills in alignment with OMNI’s service excellence and wellness philosophy
