At FEAST, we take our food seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are serving up premium smoked meats (brisket, pork belly, pastrami) and authentic artisan pizza to the Uluwatu crowd. We are looking for a solid Cook who respects the ingredients, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow with a team that values top-tier culinary standards.
If you love the heat of the kitchen, know your way around a prep station, and have a passion for great food, we want you on our line.
The Daily Grind (Your Responsibilities)
Mise en Place: Execute daily prep work flawlessly. From slicing to making sauces, your station needs to be fully stocked and ready before service begins.
The Heat: Cook and plate dishes according to our strict recipes and standards. Whether you are handling the pizza section, working the grill, or slicing perfectly smoked brisket, consistency is everything.
Quality Control: Taste, check, and verify. You are the last line of defense before the food reaches the guest.
Clean Freak: Maintain a spotless and organized workspace. We run a tight ship, so "clean as you go" and strict food safety hygiene are non-negotiable.
Team Player: Communicate smoothly with the Head Chef, Stewards, and the Front of House team during the rush. Leave the ego at the door.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Skills: Solid knife skills and a good understanding of cooking techniques, temperatures, and food safety. (Experience with smokers, wood-fired ovens, or pizza dough is a massive bonus!).
Attitude: Fast, disciplined, and detail-oriented. You don't panic when the tickets start printing non-stop.
Availability: Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Language: Basic English is a plus to understand recipes and communicate with our diverse team.
