Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation: Complete daily mis-en-place tasks, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients for senior chefs.
• Station Support: Assist the Chef de Partie (CDP) in running and cooking on designated kitchen lines during busy service periods.
• Storage & Rotation: Receive food deliveries, store items correctly, and follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation standards.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain absolute hygiene by washing dishes, deep-cleaning workstations, and emptying bins according to cleaning schedules.
• Safety Adherence: Follow all basic food safety rules, kitchen hazards rules, and personal

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience, or a fresh graduate with a culinary school degree/hospitality diploma.
• Basic knife handling skills and a fundamental knowledge of basic cooking methods.
• High energy, physical stamina to stand for long hours, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand basic instructions in English.
• Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude under pressure.
