Commis - Placement : Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Requirements:

• Male or Female, aged 23 – 28 years old.

• Min. 1 year experience as Commis/Cook in a restaurant, hotel, café or F&B establishment.

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene and food safety standards.

• Knowledge in Western, Asian or Indonesian cuisine.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Physically fit & can work under pressure during rush hours.

• Disciplined, reliable and able to work well within a team.

• Willing to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
