Casa Luna Group is a hospitality group in Ubud, Bali, encompassing Casa Luna Restaurant, Indus Restaurant, and Honeymoon Guesthouse, including Honeymoon Kitchen and Honeymoon Bakery. The group is dedicated to delivering authentic hospitality experiences while celebrating and preserving Balinese culture, traditions, and community values.

We are currently looking for a COMMIS to join our team at INDUS RESTAURANT. If you are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, eand are eager to contribute to a team committed to quality and authentic hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Good attitude, hardworking, and responsible.
• Minimum experience as a Daily Worker (DW) in a kitchen or similar position.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain kitchen standards.
• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
• 6 working days, 1 day off.
• Shift: Morning 08:00 AM–04:00 PM | Afternoon 03:00 PM–11:00 PM.
