Commis Kitchen

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commis Kitchen to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist the Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment

Support the cooking process under the direction of the Chef

Ensure food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed

Store food ingredients properly according to procedures

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications:

Minimum high school or vocational school graduate (Culinary background is a plus)

Previous experience as a Commis or Kitchen Staff is preferred

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Able to work well in a team and follow instructions

Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
