Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Ungasan. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen preparation and cooking
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support senior chefs during service
Prepare ingredients and basic food items according to standards
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Help maintain kitchen organization and stock rotation
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work in a team environment
Good time management and discipline
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferably living in Bukit area or Jimbaran, or able to commute to Ungasan reliably
