We are currently expanding our talented kitchen team and seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Commis Pastry Chef. As a Commis Pastry Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the pastry brigade by assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods and desserts. Your key responsibilities will include executing precise baking techniques, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and contributing to the development of new Western pastry items through Candy/Pastry R&D efforts. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency in taste and presentation, manage inventory supplies, and provide excellent support to the front-of-house team by ensuring that all pastries meet our rigorous quality expectations for our valued guests.

We welcome applications from candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen setting. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in general Cook skills alongside specialized expertise in Pastry, Baking, and Western Pastry. Additionally, we value individuals who demonstrate proficiency in Customer Service and have a keen interest in innovation, specifically in the area of Candy/Pastry R&D, allowing you to bring creativity and attention to detail to every dish you help create.
