Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love to produce Japanese food and understand the basics of Japanese recipe principles.
If you have a passion for creating delightful dishes, we want to hear from you! A special focus will be given to those who can craft desserts and light, bite-sized pairings.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production according to established SOP and recipes
- Prepare base components and batch production items
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatch preparation
- Maintain hygiene standards and workstation organization
- Support senior team members in new menu execution and seasonal launches
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with Internship experience are welcome
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and culinary arts.
- Understanding of basic Japanese cooking principles and techniques.
- Experience in creating desserts or light bites is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Eagerness to learn and improve through ongoing training.
