The Commis Kitchen (BARO Bali) is responsible for supporting the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include assisting with food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring proper storage and handling of ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining the quality and consistency of food preparation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience as a Commis is strictly required; café-only experience will not be considered.
- Experience in Hot Kitchen and food preparation is required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
