We are looking for a Chef and Commis (Japanese) to join our team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations while supporting the overall culinary goals of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in cooking, teamwork, steaming, plating, cooking techniques, stock opname, working under pressure, dimsum technique, and time management is required. The ability to adapt to a demanding environment and maintain a positive attitude is highly valued.
