At cøpenhagen BALI, we value quality, consistency, and a strong kitchen team. We are looking for a motivated Commis to join our kitchen team in Canggu.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily kitchen preparation and service.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain consistency in portion, taste, presentation, and quality.
- Keep the workstation clean, organised, and ready for service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service.
What We’re Looking For
Female
- Previous experience as a Commis or Kitchen Staff.
- Experience working in a high-volume café or restaurant.
- Exposure to Western cuisine is required.
- Good basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Fast, organised, and able to work under pressure.
- Reliable, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
