What you'll be doing
- Able to identify and generate new tenant prospects through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and company databases.
- Target oriented with strong motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Able to conduct customer needs analysis and provide suitable office space solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic working environment.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree graduates
- Intermediate proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and basic CRM or property management systems; professional proficiency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within trading, import/export, or B2B environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive, customer focused, and result driven mindset
