COMMERCIAL PROJECT SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Preferably majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial, Project Management, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience in handling or supervising commercial projects is preferred.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating a team.
- Experience in customer service and operational activities.
- Experience in implementing SOPs and monitoring service standards.
- Experience in coordinating with different teams and departments.
Skills
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Good project coordination and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and operational activities.
- Able to manage timelines, tasks, and team assignments.
- Able to supervise and guide staff.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Able to handle operational problems and customer complaints.

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Project Management
- Plan and coordinate commercial projects from preparation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and daily activities.
- Coordinate tasks and responsibilities with the project team.
- Make sure project activities are completed according to the plan.
- Identify project issues and coordinate solutions with the relevant teams.
- Monitor project requirements, materials, and operational needs.
- Support management in achieving project targets.
Commercial Area Operations
- Supervise daily activities in the commercial area.
- Make sure the area is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Monitor operational activities and service quality.
- Ensure company SOPs and standards are properly implemented.
- Identify operational issues and follow up with the relevant teams.
Customer & Service
- Ensure customers receive good and professional service.
- Monitor customer handling and service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Collect customer feedback and report important issues to management.
- Support activities to improve customer experience.
Team Supervision & Training
- Supervise and guide staff during daily operations.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, manner, and appearance.
- Train staff on customer service, customer handling, and SOPs.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Make sure staff understand and follow company standards.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, Restaurant, Operations, and other relevant teams.
- Coordinate with management regarding project progress and operational issues.
- Coordinate with external partners or vendors when required.
- Support marketing, promotional, and commercial activities.
- Make sure project information is communicated clearly to all relevant teams.
2. REPORTING & COORDINATION
- Prepare regular project progress reports.
- Prepare commercial and operational reports.
- Report project issues, delays, and required actions.
- Report customer feedback and service issues.
- Monitor and report staff performance and operational activities.
- Communicate project progress and updates to management.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project activities run smoothly.
